MMC came to us in a moment of transition. The brand existed, but it didn’t feel like anything yet—no clear identity, no system, no emotional hook. It lacked cohesion across touchpoints and didn’t reflect the level of craft or ambition behind the work.

The goal wasn’t just to redesign a logo. It was to build a brand that could scale—something expressive, flexible, and rooted in motion from the ground up.

From the start, we approached it as a living system, not a static identity.
